Recreational Dance Classes
Recreational Dance Classes
Recreational Dance Classes are offered in multiple styles of dance for all ages and ability levels.
All classes include learning of basic steps and progressive skills specific to each dance form. Overall, Hype Danz aims to provide quality dance instruction in a postive, nurturing and fun environment!
Each class at HYPE DANZ begins with a warmup to prepare the body for movement and help prevent injuries. All instructors are mUvmethod certified and will take the class through age appropriate and safe stretching to improve flexibility and mobility. Various strengthening exercises are then performed during the warmup to increase strength and control.
All classes include learning of basic steps and progressive skills specific to each dance form. Dancers will then practice and perform dance combinations specific to their type of dance and ability level.
