Class Details
Each class at HYPE DANZ begins with a warmup to prepare the body for movement and help prevent injuries. All instructors are mUvmethod certified and will take the class through age appropriate and safe stretching to improve flexibility and mobility. Various strengthening exercises are then performed during the warmup to increase strength and control.
